Job summary

The International Monetary Fund is seeking a Project Analyst to support HR analytics across the Client Services Unit. You will help gather data, analyze workforce trends, and support HR initiatives with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and data-driven decision making.

The role requires proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Workday, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a one-year contractual appointment based in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school education completed with at least four years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic functions and formulas.
  • Experience with HR data management, organization, and visualization.
  • Experience using analytical software (e.g., Power BI) to present data clearly.
  • Understanding of AI concepts and ability to integrate AI into workflows with human oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support on HR metrics, including diversity & inclusion, staffing trends, hiring, and performance management completion rates.
  • Contribute to the design and support of HR initiatives to foster an open and inclusive environment.
  • Support day-to-day recruitment activities, including documentation tracking and Workday entries.
