Job summary

IFC, part of the World Bank Group, is seeking an HR Analyst to advance organizational effectiveness and analytics. The role focuses on OE data, workforce planning, and data-driven HR insights to support business outcomes.

You will build dashboards, analyze data across HR functions, and collaborate with global teams to drive productivity and organizational excellence in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Analytics or related field with 2+ years of experience (or a BA/BS with 4+ years).
• Strong analytical and HR analytics experience with workforce analysis.
• Experience linking data across sources and building visualizations (Power BI or equivalent).
• Excellent written and oral English communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational design and OE initiatives and maintain OE dashboards and data models.
• Develop tools and resources for applying OE methodologies in HR Client Services.
• Keep organizational data current and guide optimal team structures.
• Analyze workforce data and provide staffing insights for HR programs and decisions.
• Collaborate with People Insights, Workforce Planning, Budget teams and HR colleagues on deliverables.
