Job summary

IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, seeks an Associate HR Officer in Washington, DC to lead strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, and HR data governance. You will partner with business leaders and HR teams to translate strategy into workforce requirements, develop models, and implement AI-enabled solutions while upholding data privacy and integrity.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HR, business, OD, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategic workforce planning.
Experience linking workforce planning to budgeting, recruitment, and talent management.
Strong Excel and Power BI capabilities; proficient in Python, R, or SQL.
Experience using generative AI to build AI-enabled solutions.
Commitment to data quality, privacy, and responsible use of HR data and AI.
Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate end-to-end strategic workforce planning processes and annual cycles.
Develop workforce forecasts, scenarios, and analytical models.
Identify gaps and advise on actions with stakeholders.
Integrate workforce planning with budgeting, recruitment, and talent management.
Develop analyses, dashboards, and executive-ready decision-support products.
Improve data quality and automate HR analytics processes with AI.
