Job summary

Warrior Met Coal Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Analyst for our corporate office near Brookwood, Alabama. The role partners with operations, HR, payroll, and the Workday team to ensure accurate data entry and standardized procedures.

The position supports HR, payroll, and benefits for employees within Warrior Met Coal and externally, and reports to the HR Lead for the assigned site. A strong emphasis is placed on data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, time and attendance administration, or related HR systems roles.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping processes within an ERP environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain data in HCM system.
• Provide onboarding support to newly hired employees.
• Process payroll and benefits-related cases with vendors.
• Assist employees with HR/system-related issues.
• Share data with external agencies regarding new hires and verifications.
• Maintain confidential employee information with discretion.
