You will serve as a primary information source for appointment and payroll procedures, while upholding governance standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with Workday or similar systems, and the ability to respond quickly to department inquiries in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in a large HR/payroll service center.
• Skills: Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with HR data governance and payroll policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry and corrections in a high-volume HCM system.
• Respond to departmental inquiries on transactions and policies.
• Monitor and audit payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide back-up support and participate in testing initiatives.
