Job summary

AllSTEM Connections, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Specialist for a 100% onsite role in Torrey Pines, CA. You will support a high-volume HR Shared Services environment, handling lifecycle transactions, data integrity, and case management in a regulated aerospace/defense context.

You will work with payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and HR operations, ensuring accurate data across SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow while adhering to SLAs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume HR transactions in HRIS environments.
• Proficient with HR data integrity and case management processes.
• Familiarity with HR systems like ServiceNow, SuccessFactors and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS systems.
• Manage and resolve 30–40 HR cases per day with accurate documentation.
• Review and reconcile employee data across multiple systems for accuracy.
• Perform data quality checks on master data, positions, and compensation.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with HR teams to support audits, improvements, and SLAs.
