Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm with a nationwide footprint, is seeking an HRIS Data Analyst to support HR data initiatives. You will run and distribute UKG reports, maintain data integrity, and design data recording systems for HR.

You will also manage UKG integrations, develop HR dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to HR leadership to support equitable talent decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years as a financial or business analyst with HR/compensation data
• UKG Pro and Workforce Management experience
• Advanced Excel with large data sets
• BI experience using Power BI or Cognos
• SQL experience
• Excel/data integrations for forms and surveys
• Ability to process and collate large amounts of information
• Strong time management and prioritization of multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from UKG to support HR and business operations
• Maintain accuracy, consistency and integrity of all employee data in UKG; audit data regularly
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for HR use
• Process employee data changes
• Familiarize with Morgan & Morgan’s org structure to identify data changes needed
• Manage and maintain UKG integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems
• Develop and maintain basic queries and data-entry reports and dashboards
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes
• Analyze and collect data for various HR reports
• Create HR business reports providing insights into key data points
• Support HR Operations leadership in job evaluation and equity
• Communicate data analysis results to HR leadership
