Job summary

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is seeking a Delivery Partner to support a complex group-wide HR Data Governance project. You will coordinate work in your area and transform governance concepts into practical processes, bringing together Data Owners, Data Stewards, HR teams, IT and other stakeholders.

You will translate a data quality framework into concrete requirements, define data quality rules with business units, and manage sub-projects, plans, budgets and status updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with data quality or data governance and the ability to put concepts into practice.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR master data or HR systems such as SuccessFactors or SAP HCM is desirable.
