Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Group is seeking an HR Data Engineer to transform HR data into trusted, secure assets powering global decisions. You will design data migration, integration, automation, and reporting solutions using Python, SQL, Oracle HCM, and RPA to support transformation programs and BAU operations.

This role emphasizes data quality, governance, and security, with collaboration across HR stakeholders to deliver scalable, repeatable data migration and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Python and SQL scripting for data conversion, migration.
• ETL and migration tool experience.
• Oracle HCM HDL mass-load templates and OTBI/BI Publisher experience.
• RPA design and build experience.
• Power BI (Power Query, DAX) experience.
• Master-data-standards compliance and structured error resolution.
• Data privacy and security by design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support medium-to-high complexity data solutions.
• Develop scripted automation for data conversion and migrations.
• Ensure HR master-data standards compliance and handle exceptions.
• Tailor mass-load templates for recurring needs.
• Design and build RPA flows for data creation and maintenance.
• Plan cleansing and migration steps within project plans.
