Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a data-focused HR analytics professional to build and govern our HR data foundation. You will engineer pipelines in Google BigQuery, manage access to sensitive payroll data, and document data assets for easy discovery by analytics teams.

You will collaborate with HR clients and IT, create dashboards and visualizations, and advocate the use of HR data to drive informed business decisions. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in analytics or HR data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR, payroll, and related data to identify trends and root causes.
• Design, develop, and implement dashboards and reports for HR leaders and clients.
• Gather requirements, document, and manage analytics projects within IT and HR Services.
• Educate stakeholders on analytics tools and opportunities from HR data assets.
• Maintain data governance, versioning, and auditable access for sensitive HR data.
