Charles Schwab is seeking an HR Data Reporting and Analytics Manager to turn workforce data into actionable insights. You will partner with HR and business leaders to develop ad hoc and recurring analytics, build dashboards, and improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HRIS or reporting roles with focus on report development and data analytics.
• Strong Excel skills and data manipulation capabilities.
• Proficient in reporting, data quality assessment, structuring, and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and on-demand HR analytics and data solutions using HR systems and databases.
• Build and maintain self-service reports or dashboards with HR tools.
• Explore data challenges and propose innovative solutions with a team or independently.
• Design and execute analyses based on business questions and high-level descriptions.
• Communicate insights effectively to HR and business stakeholders.
• Recommend process or system improvements to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Peer-review data acquisition and validate analytic outputs for accuracy.
• Deliver audience-appropriate products meeting client needs and HR data standards.
