Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a data/analytics professional within Field Operations to design and implement scalable programs supporting client relationship models across mass affluent to UHNW segments. You will partner with Sales, Technology, and Operations to develop insights, automate processes with Power Platform, and deliver executive-ready materials.

This hybrid role emphasizes SQL, Python, and cloud data tooling, with a client‑centric mindset and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in analytics, strategy, and/or data science is preferred.
• 3+ years of coding (SQL, Python, etc.) is preferred.
• Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, documentation, and implementation of scalable and automated solutions for Practice Assignment and Branch Information Change processes.
• Assist with day‑to‑day execution of strategic initiatives, including project tracking, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and status updates.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Technology, and Operations to gather requirements and support alignment.
• Contribute to executive‑ready materials by synthesizing findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reporting, including data validation, ETL support, and analytics process improvement.
• Conduct analytical work to help answer key business questions related to practice assignment, sales effectiveness, and operational performance.
