Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years in HRIS and/or reporting roles with report development or data analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential data.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and self-service HR data analyses.
• Build and maintain self-service reports and dashboards using HR systems.
• Explore and solve data or technical challenges independently or with a team.
• Design and execute analysis plans based on business questions.
