Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business or related field and 5 years of related HR data experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of data management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying HR data; strong Excel skills; working knowledge of Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR data, reporting, dashboards, and analytics for the SON HR operations.
• Support HRIS, timekeeping, applicant tracking, and performance systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain credentialing, compliance, onboarding workflows, and data governance.
• Provide data-driven insights and analytics to support leadership and compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality and FERPA compliance in all data handling.
