Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Talent Management Data Analyst to act as a strategic data advisor within a public diplomacy office at the Department of State. You will lead data governance, quality, and analytics to support data-driven decision making across the client organization.

Responsibilities include consolidating HR data, creating dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, and advising on data policies and literacy to drive data-informed operations.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and maintained SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least four years of data analytics, governance, or visualization experience.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and standardize HR data to create a reliable data source.
• Identify HR trends and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop data governance materials and templates to ensure consistency.
• Define data requirements and ensure secure, coherent data storage.
• Design dashboards to assess performance and mission outcomes.
