Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Compensation Human Resources (HR) Analyst to support the Compensation team and its clients by analyzing data, generating reports, and enhancing workflow efficiency. The role focuses on accurately assessing customer needs and addressing them with data-driven solutions.

As a super-user and primary point of contact, you will collaborate with HR leadership to maintain data integrity, perform system testing as needed, and contribute to process improvements across HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or additional four years of experience (in addition to the minimum experience requirements listed below) in lieu of degree
• Three years project management, information technology, business intelligence, decision science or related experience

Responsibilities

• Supports the Compensation team and its clients through simple to moderately complex workflow processes.
• Generates analytical reports, identifies data trends, and presents recommendations to management based on data analysis.
• Maintains data integrity and assists SMEs with system testing and data flows.
• Analyzes data from multiple databases and maintains monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for management.
• Supports process improvement initiatives and manages simple-to-moderate projects under supervision.
