The role emphasizes data analytics, monthly audits, and building HR reports while collaborating with HR teams to improve processes and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Admin or related field plus 1–3 years in HR or data analysis.
• Proven ability to access and analyze data and maintain records.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze CSCU HR data using CORE-CT HCM and EPM/STARS across CT State Community College, Charter Oak State College, and the System Office.
• Perform monthly CORE-CT HCM data audits to ensure data integrity across hires, benefits, leave, and payroll data.
• Develop standard/ad hoc HR reports and data templates; document procedures for continuous improvement.
• Provide CORE-CT HCM/HR systems support to HR teams and participate in team trainings.
