Job summary

Strada is seeking an HR Customer Service Associate to respond to employee inquiries, manage HR data in SAP, and provide customer service. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (min. B2).
• Experience in HR/customer service/administration is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responding to employee inquiries in the HR area (including email and phone contact with the Client’s employees)
• Registering data in the SAP HR system
• Recording working time
• Providing customer service
• Participating in interesting HR‑related projects
• Completing other personnel administration tasks

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of German and English (min. B2)
• Experience in HR / customer service / administration is an additional asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work in a team
