Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time college student or recent graduate, sophomore or higher, pursuing HR or HR-related degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive HR information.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to the Core Services team and assist with audits, reporting, and HR projects.
• Conduct internal HR audits of employee records, policies and payroll data.
• Assist with data analysis to enable informed departmental decisions.
• Process wage garnishments, deductions, and unemployment documents.
• Support payroll projects and HRIS updates; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
