Qualifications

• Must be a college student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferably in Human Resources or Business concentration.
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills required.

Responsibilities

• Internship Recruitment: Partner with the Talent Acquisition and broader HR teams to manage internship recruitment across various departments.
• Candidate Sourcing & Campus Engagement: Build relationships with universities, student groups, and academic departments to promote job and internship opportunities.
• Candidate Management: Manage, recruit, and pre-screen both domestic and international candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Onboarding Assistance: Organize orientations and assist in preparing onboarding materials and processes.
• Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews for interns.
• Career Fairs: Represent the company at university job fairs and campus networking events to connect directly with potential talent.
• Collaboration: Actively communicate and collaborate with other business and functional units to address their human resources needs.
• HR Support: Provide additional support to the Corporate HR team on various tasks as needed.
• Special Projects: Engage in special projects related to human resources.
