• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive HR information.
• Experience in administrative support, HR, or customer service is an asset.
• Ability to understand priorities, meet deadlines, and execute tasks with urgency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates, employees, and university partners.

Responsibilities

• Internship Recruitment: Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to manage internship recruitment across departments.
• Candidate Sourcing & Campus Engagement: Build relationships with universities and student groups to promote opportunities.
• Candidate Management: Recruit and pre-screen domestic and international candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, background checks, onboarding processes.
• Onboarding Assistance: Organize orientations and assist in onboarding materials.
• Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews for interns.
• Career Fairs: Represent the company at university events.
• Collaboration: Communicate with business units to address HR needs.
• HR Support: Assist the Corporate HR team on tasks as needed.
• Special Projects: Engage in HR-related projects.
