Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related HR experience.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepares state/city board security applications daily and coordinates licensing with supervisors.
• Assists with recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees; prepares necessary paperwork.
• Coordinates the application process and maintenance of applicant logs with administrative staff.
• Processes corporate affirmative action reports and other personnel reports; tracks percentages and advises management of adverse impact.
• Assists with maintaining officer training records.
• Assists with payroll and benefits administration; reconciles related records.
• Records associate information, such as personal data, compensation, attendance, evaluations, and termination details.
• Trains employees and job candidates; conducts orientation, licensing training, and health & safety training.
