Job summary

Data Airflow, LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to oversee daily HR operations in Boise. The role leads recruiting and onboarding, administers BambooHR, and supports benefits, employee relations, and event logistics.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in HR, 2–3 years of HR experience, recruiting coordination, and strong organization and communication skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• HR certification (or working toward one) preferred.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience.
• 1 year of recruiting coordination experience required.
• Experience with HRIS administration (BambooHR preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting and onboarding processes, including phone screens and interviews.
• Draft job descriptions and post openings on major platforms.
• Manage onboarding, including offers, payroll setup, and first-week expectations.
• Administer BambooHR workflows, reports, and data integrity.
• Support benefits documentation, enrollment, and audits.
• Assist with employee relations and policy communications.
• Coordinate company events and manage employee swag.
