Allied Steel Buildings, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive human resources support across our manufacturing teams. You will contribute to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement.

This role covers the employee lifecycle from attraction through offboarding, requiring collaboration with managers and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records and policy compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR, recruiting, or HR coordination in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred for manufacturing workforce.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, administrative and professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring process feedback.
• Assist with offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Engage in job fairs and partnership activities to build talent pipelines.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics related to staffing.
