MCHS Family of Services is seeking an HR Coordinator to support all HR services and activities. You will assist the Senior Director in recruitment, policy development, and compliance, while handling background checks and employee inquiries.

The role requires collaboration, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including coordinating interviews, maintaining personnel files, and supporting HR projects in a nonprofit setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, organizational behavior or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as an HR professional, preferably in nonprofit.

Mansioni

• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate background check requests and results.
• Support recruitment efforts and schedule interviews; conduct interviews.
• Provide guidance on personnel rules, benefits, regulations and performance plans.
