Job summary

Legends Global, based in Columbus, Ohio, is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

In this on-site role you will partner with managers, maintain HR records, ensure I-9 and E-Verify, and help payroll status changes. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally in hospitality, events, or guest-forward service.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; experience with ADP, UltiPro, ABI, Workday a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities and support staffing needs.
• Guide onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Administer employee benefits and assist enrollments and life-event changes.
• Support HRIS data integrity and payroll status changes.
• Contribute to special projects for department or venue development.
