Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise location in Monroe, GA is seeking a capable supervisor to recruit, hire, onboard and develop staff while ensuring guest-first service standards. You will oversee staffing, safety, and brand consistency across shifts, and drive promotional initiatives and sales growth.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or supervisory experience, basic computer skills, and a High School diploma or equivalent.

• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvements
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
