Job summary

Qualifications

• PHR and/or SPHR certification preferred.
• BA/BS degree preferred; experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and identify candidates for recruitment.
• Manage FMLA processes and benefits-related tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service to employees and managers.
• Assist in federal/state surveys and Joint Commission readiness activities.
