Job summary

• Experience with Oracle strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supports managers and employees at the facility in HR-related areas.
• Coordinates hourly recruitment including posting, outreach, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintains HR files, attendance tracking, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures payroll coding and benefits administration knowledge for hourly and salaried staff.
