Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with HRIS and the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and time-management.
• Detail-oriented with confidentiality; able to multitask.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities: post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and align next steps with hiring managers.
• Assist onboarding: manage new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, background checks, orientations.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing and accuracy.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and respond to employee questions.
• Handle day-to-day staff inquiries and assist with performance documentation and engagement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and safety standards; maintain confidential files in HRIS.
