Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS) is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, wellness initiatives, and HR administration from our Ashburn, VA headquarters. The role focuses on new-hire onboarding, wellness events, records management, reporting, and project support in a busy office setting.

You will handle onboarding logistics, assist with benefits and recruiting, and prepare HR data while maintaining confidentiality.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years HR-related experience.
• Associate’s degree plus two years HR or admin experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus one year HR or admin experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate onboarding processes, including schedules, documentation, and orientation logistics.
• Plan and track quarterly wellness events and initiatives.
• Provide admin support for benefits, performance management, and recruiting.
• Coordinate engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files with confidentiality.
• Assist HRIS updates and data checks; support audits and regulatory reporting.
