Job summary

Georgetown Behavioral Health Institute seeks an HR Coordinator to directly assist the HR Director with a wide range of HR projects including compliance, recruiting, onboarding, retention, benefits, and employment relations.

You will maintain HRIS data accuracy, manage employee files, and assist with LMS while supporting daily HR operations and inquiries from staff. This role requires strong communication and confidentiality in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for HR roles.
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Director with HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding, retention, benefits, and employment relations.
• Enter and audit data in HRIS for new hires and employee events.
• Maintain employee files to meet laws and healthcare regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports to outside agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Manage LMS and document competencies and training.
• Provide general HR admin support and handle inquiries.
