Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR-related experience.
• Interest in obtaining PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Demonstrated interest in the HR profession.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientations to ensure positive onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR Partners for termination processes.
• Process employee workflow changes in HRIS.
