The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in country club or hospitality settings, with strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience, ideally in country club or hospitality.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Assist posting job opportunities and reviewing resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding.
• Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Maintain HRIS and employee files.
• Assist with benefits administration and workers' compensation.
• Support employee relations and communications.
