Alterra Mountain Company is seeking an HR Coordinator for its Denver, CO headquarters. The role supports onboarding, unemployment claims, payroll inquiries, and HR data management within the HRIS system, partnering with Recruiting and Shared Services.

The successful candidate will work in-office 3-4 days per week, handle sensitive information confidentially, and help drive HR projects to improve efficiency and employee experience across the Alterra family of resorts and Ski Butler teams.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures.
• Experience with HR data management, onboarding, and employment verifications.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process onboarding tasks and paperwork, including background checks and I-9 verification.
• Coordinate new hire orientation scheduling and communications.
• Support onboarding/offboarding for seasonal staff across locations.
• Respond to employment verification requests promptly.
• Assist with HR projects, track timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain personnel files in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide HR information and escalate complex issues to HR leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for background screening and processes.
