Job summary

F. Schumacher & Co, also known as FSCO, is seeking an HR Coordinator for the Paramount Prints Warehouse in Passaic, NJ. You will partner with the HR department to foster a high‑performance culture and handle daily HR tasks and safety compliance.

The role includes onboarding, benefits inquiries, newsletters, timesheet reviews, and employee relations support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive and professional attitude.
Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring; collaborates with managers on required skills.
Administers HR programs including benefits, attendance, and leave inquiries.
Coordinate meetings/events logistics, catering, and onsite arrangements.
Onboarding communications for new division employees.
Maintain monthly newsletters and support communications strategy.
Monitor HR emails and calls; direct staff to resources.
Assist with HRIS data entry, personnel files, and HR recordkeeping.
Review and adjust employee timesheets and PTO weekly.
Facilitate employee relations topics and handle ad-hoc projects.
