Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of all new hires, seasonal rehires, and H-2A workers.
• Assist with data entry and maintain employee records.
• Provide front desk and administrative support, including welcoming visitors.
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries.
• Coordinate and support planning of company events.

Skills

Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills

Education
