We have an exciting opportunity for an HRGtojoin our Human Resources Department. This Sr HR Generalist is responsible for setting the recruitment strategy for the Merchandising team and for building a strong partnership with the Regional Merchandising Managers (RMM) and field Merchandising Supervisors (MS) in areas such as recruiting, training and development, policy and procedures and employee relations. Ensure consistency and fairness in the administration of company policies and procedures. Support the Transportation leaders (HO) in the areas of strategic planning and process improvement. Work closely with HR Director to develop standard work of company-wide HR policies and programs
PAY RANGE:$80,000 - $90,000 per year
Pay rate is determined by various components including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The pay rate is one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards vary by position and location.
