Next Level Urgent Care, LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and multi-state licensure for providers in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role handles routine HR inquiries, employee documentation, and back-up payroll tasks, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up.

The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a service-oriented mindset. Confidentiality is essential, and experience with healthcare licensing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and escalate HR matters when needed.
• Healthcare or professional licensing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and onboarding activities, including candidate communication and new-hire documentation.
• Coordinate multi-state provider licensure, including new applications, renewals, and tracking expiration.
• Monitor routine HR emails and calls and route complex matters to the appropriate HR staff.
• Provide general HR support to employees and assist with routine HR requests.
• Serve as payroll backup for processing and related admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, trackers, and system information.
• Assist with HR projects and department initiatives as assigned.
