Care Healthcare of Washington is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to support the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, HR administration, payroll support, and offboarding while ensuring employees remain compliant with agency policies and applicable federal, state, and Washington home care regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of HR, healthcare administration, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for caregivers and staff.
• Maintain HR records within ADP, WellSky, and personnel files; handle HR transactions.
• Support payroll administration and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor credentials and ensure compliance with Washington home care requirements.
• Coordinate employee separations and offboarding.
• Support HR projects, reporting, and process improvements.
