Job summary

You will assist with file maintenance, background checks, benefits coordination, and new-hire paperwork, while leveraging Microsoft Office to manage documentation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• Cross-trained in multiple HR functions.
• Knowledge of HR administration principles and practices.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and manage concurrent demands.

• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Valid driver’s license and ~20% driving to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR leadership with record keeping and file maintenance.
• Support onboarding and tracking of electronic education requirements.
• Maintain the HR database and applicant tracking system.
• Process background checks and renewals.
• Coordinate new-hire paperwork (I-9, orientation).
• Support employee relations issues as needed.
• Manage self-service payroll registrations and troubleshooting.
• Source candidates using social media and other channels.
• Keep training databases up to date.
• Assist with benefits and time-off administration.
