Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, data management, and employee inquiries in a hybrid role on-site at our Research Triangle Park office 2x per week. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of admin/HR support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred, with HR internship or project work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-employment activities and onboarding with compliance checks.
• Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS/HCM system.
• Manage the HR mailbox and respond to Level 1–2 inquiries.
• Assist with HR compliance reporting and basic HR documentation.
• Support workers' compensation processes and incident tracking.
• Aid in onboarding transitions and offboarding processes.
