Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an HR Coordinator to support plant operations with onboarding, records, payroll and benefits administration in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with plant leadership, team members, and corporate HR partners to ensure HR programs are carried out effectively and maintain a positive team member experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, processing status changes, supporting payroll and leave administration,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintains employee records and personnel files with accuracy.
• Assists with onboarding, recruitment, onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Processes status changes, transfers, pay changes and terminations.
• Supports payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Prepares HR reports and tracks workforce data.
• Answers questions on HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Provides administrative support for HR initiatives and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
