Pilgrim’s in Mount Pleasant, Texas is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR operations at our facility. You will maintain employee records, assist onboarding and benefits administration, process HR transactions, and provide excellent customer service to team members and leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Administrative, customer service, HR, or office experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up personnel files and maintain accurate employee records.
• Process personnel forms, enrollment documents, pay change requests, and other confidential HR records.
• Enroll new employees in company programs and educate them on available benefits.
• Track employee data, including compensation, benefits, tax information, attendance, performance reviews, and terminations.
• Update employee files to document personnel actions and support payroll and HR processes.
• Support HR operations and company events while actively promoting company culture and employee engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and respond to routine HR inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
• Other duties as assigned.
