Live! Casino & Hotel in Hanover, MD is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage the Maryland Lottery Gaming Commission licensing workflow, assist with front desk duties, and support recruiting, training, and HRIS tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some HR experience or related education preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a license as required by the Maryland Lottery Gaming Commission Agency.

Responsibilities

• Become the Live! subject matter expert regarding the Maryland Lottery Gaming Commission Agency’s Licensing process and administration.
• Act as a liaison between Live! and the MLGCA.
• Submit all background information and license applications to the MLGCA in a timely manner.
• Maintain, prepare and produce various reports using Excel on candidate and financial status on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
• Sets up and assists applicants with license application; answers inquiries regarding application.
• Greets visitors, informs department members of guests and visitors when appropriate.
• Ensures calls and visitors are properly routed.
• Checks-in new hires upon arrival.
• Processes new hires, seasonal employees, and other staff through the onboarding process.
• Coordinates replacement licenses.
• Processes team member requests for name tags, access badges, and licenses.
• Resets passwords for employees.
• Prepares new hires for orientation
• Support all areas of Human Resources including employee relations, recruitment, training, and HRIS
