Qualifications

• Zero to two years casino slot or direct guest service experience.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for guest service with energy and professionalism.
• Verifying jackpots, making hopper fills, and filling out paperwork.
• Ensures gaming devices are operating properly.
• Performing minor repairs to slot machines.
• Handles guest relations and minor disputes.
• Ensure safety and security of all guests and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Monitor performance of slot machines, activity, and conditions of casino slot areas ensuring all slot machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary. The Maryland Live first level ambassador for guests enjoying their gaming experience at a gaming device.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
