What You'll Do
- Coordinate enterprise interview scheduling and provide on-site support for candidates.
- Support the full-cycle onboarding process, including I-9 and citizenship verification.
- Maintain documentation and retention of key recruiting and HR records.
- Support OFCCP compliance requirements and related Talent Acquisition activities.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports using data entry, filtering, and pivot tables.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of experience in supporting recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative functions.
What Sets You Apart
- Associates Degree
- Executive assistant experience

- Hotel concierge experience
- Excel experience with pivot tables, data entry and filtering
Additional Information
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- 10% local travel
