Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in delivering exceptional employee experiences across the US, with cross-training into Canada. You will handle onboarding, job changes, and transitions, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring policy compliance.

Reporting to HR Operations Excellence, you will assist with HR data, audits, and documentation, coordinating across employees and leaders to enable smooth processes with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Human Resources experience, ideally supporting US/Canada.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions: onboarding, job changes, transfers, departures.
• Coordinate HR workflow requests and Service Desk tickets.
• Review onboarding docs, including Form I-9, to ensure compliance.
• Manage union relationships and dispatch processes.
• Prepare and coordinate HR documents and employee communications.
