Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations at our Troy, MI location. The role involves records management, onboarding, education tracking, and database administration. The position features a hybrid schedule after 90 days and a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM workday.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, with a cap at $23.00. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, and pension plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; other combinations considered.
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling employee records.
• Excellent customer service skills required to assist employees and leadership.
• Effective verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer employee requests and questions to provide cross-functional support.
• Greet guests and control access to the facility.
• Maintain and organize employee files and records.
• Perform clerical tasks including photocopying and faxing as needed.
• Audit files and implement corrective actions as required.
• Process background checks following accrediting bodies and state/federal guidelines.
• Update renewal requirements in HCHB and obtain needed documentation.
• Notify leadership of upcoming renewals (evaluations, TB tests, licenses).
• Manage employee badge system and access rights.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and complete I-9 verification and onboarding.
