Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the Telemundo Enterprises and LATAM HR Group in Miami. The role handles HR administration, project work, and cross-functional coordination with partners across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Corporate Communications, Finance, Benefits, HR Operations and Corporate Human Resources.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Transactional HR systems experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to SVP HR – Telemundo Enterprises and Latin America, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses and invoice management.
• Support strategic HR initiatives that cut across Telemundo Enterprises, LATAM and NBCUniversal TV and Streaming portfolio.
• Assist with scheduling logistics for meetings, distribution lists and shared drives, keep organization charts current, provide general support.
• Become a user for SAP HR transactions: onboarding/off-boarding, reporting, security audits, data validation.
• Answer employee questions about Payroll, Benefits, Work/Life, Employee Perks, PTO and company policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications with staff and clients.
• Work on special projects, synthesizing data into a cohesive story while maintaining confidentiality.
